Products ships frozen, will arrive frozen or partially frozen.
Hand wrapped and waiting to be the star of your plate, these medallions take the succulent tenderloin and brings the revered bacon to create the perfect centerpiece.
Farmers advise- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 140°. Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil 5 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove from oven; cover pork with foil, and let stand 10 minutes or until thermometer registers 145°.
Please note these are a natural item and there can be variation in size. Our target weight is 8 ounces per package and most packages (two medallions) will meet or exceed this weight.
