These Berkshire Bone-In Pork Chops are the essential pork cut . They are cut a little thinner than you may be used to with our pork chops, but we’ve listened to some of our customers and have delivered one of the things you’ve asked for!

Each package contains two (2) chops.

**Farmers advise – Take them to 140F and remove from heat. Cover and rest them for 10-15 minutes before eating to let those juices and flavor redistribute throughout the chop!

Please note these are a natural item and there can be variation in size. Our target weight is one pound and most packages (two chops) will meet or exceed this weight
