Ed’s Farm is located near Benton, Kansas. Their pigs are raised outside and come from the heritage Duroc breed.

*Note - Our racks have already been trimmed or as the meat ninjas (butchers) call it, "frenched." This leaves the ends of the rib bones exposed for superior presentation.

**Note- these are a natural item and there can be variation in size. Our target weight is six (6) pounds and most packages will meet or exceed this weight. 

Every package of meat that you receive from R Family Farms is flash frozen in a vacuum sealed package for superior freshness and quality. Your order is hand selected by one of us, the farmers, and carefully boxed and shipped each week.
