  • Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook over high heat to medium-rare or medium (130–140°F) for ideal juiciness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

    Frying (Skillet or Cast Iron)

    1. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat.

    2. Add a small amount of oil.

    3. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side.

    4. Add butter and herbs, baste, and finish to desired doneness.

    Oven-Baked

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

    2. Sear steak in an oven-safe pan for 2–3 minutes per side.

    3. Transfer to oven for 5–7 minutes.

    4. Let rest and slice.

    Air Fryer

    1. Preheat to 400°F.

    2. Season steak and place in air fryer basket.

    3. Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    4. Rest before serving.

    Grill

    1. Heat grill to medium-high.

    2. Grill steak 3–4 minutes per side.

    3. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.

    2. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    3. Sear over high heat 3–4 minutes per side.
